Job Description:
  • Role: Sr. HR Recruiter.
  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Work Location: Faridabad
Job Responsibility:
  • Excellent communication skills (Writing and Verbal), multitasking, time management skills and efficiency in meeting deadlines.
  • Attendance management, Payroll Processing, Employee grievance management, Salary, Employee Database management, Client management, Recruitment and other HR operations.
  • Should be able to work efficiently on MS Office Programmes like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook at a reasonably good speed.
  • Recruitment, Designing Salary Breakup, Documentation.
  • Preparation of Bills and follow-up with clients for payment.
  • Liaisoning & coordination with clients.
  • Team Management.
  • Training & Development.

  • Microsoft (Office, Excel).
  • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal).
