Job Description:
- Role: Sr. HR Recruiter.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Work Location: Faridabad
Job Responsibility:
- Excellent communication skills (Writing and Verbal), multitasking, time management skills and efficiency in meeting deadlines.
- Attendance management, Payroll Processing, Employee grievance management, Salary, Employee Database management, Client management, Recruitment and other HR operations.
- Should be able to work efficiently on MS Office Programmes like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook at a reasonably good speed.
- Recruitment, Designing Salary Breakup, Documentation.
- Preparation of Bills and follow-up with clients for payment.
- Liaisoning & coordination with clients.
- Team Management.
- Training & Development.
